Supporting the Whole Family
I believe that supporting a child means supporting the whole family. Parents are often overlooked in conversations about children’s mental health, yet they play one of the most important roles in their child’s development. You know your child best. As your child’s first teacher and strongest advocate, your knowledge and perspective are essential to understanding what your child needs.
My consultation services offer parents and caregivers a supportive space to better understand their child’s emotional and behavioral needs, strengthen their parenting approach, and develop practical strategies for home and everyday life. I also offer individual therapy for parents and adults, as well as therapy for children and teens, so support can be tailored to what your family needs most.
Services Offered:
Parenting Consultation & Support – One-on-one guidance for parents and caregivers who want to better understand their child’s behavior and emotional needs. Together we’ll build practical strategies for boundaries, transitions, and communication that work in real life.
